Ingredients: Starch, soybean flour, soybean fiber, emulsifier, VC,
fungal amylases and semi-cellulase.
Range of application: specially made for the breads requiring long
shelf life and softness, such as the sweet breads.
Instruction: add 0.3-0.4% of the amount of flour; mix with flour,
yeast and other ingredients and then add water to stir well.
Note: seal after use and keep in dry and cool places.
