High performance, economical and practical
Ingredients: Natural yeast, emulsifier.
Range of application: For making bread with the recipe of sugar contents of 5% or above.
Function:
1. Suitable for making sweet breads with sugar contents below 20%;
2. Shorten the fermentation time greatly;
3. High fermenting activity and endurance. It effectively shorten fermenting time and avoid collapse of dough caused by over fermentation;
4. Good expansion of dough in oven (evaluation: set the height of the proofed dough equal to that of the cube box as the proofing terminal. Put the dough in oven. After being baked, the more added height will mean better expansion in oven), with larger dimension and good tastes.
Dosage: 0.8-1.5% of the amount of flour.
Instruction: mix yeast with the flour and other dry ingredients first, add water and stir well.
Note: avoid being directly mixed with yeast and oil, water or ice. Oil is to be added as the other ingredients have been well mixed. Adjust the temperature of water to keep it constant between 25-28℃.
Package: Vacuum package 500g20/carton. The more economical vacuum packaging of 5kg or 10kg is available as requested by customer.
